He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Melissa Baffy (Steve) and Edward Gall (Melissa Stalnaker); his sibling Reggie Winkler Eugene Bulka (The Late); and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Alexandria, Emily, Cole, Michael and Caylee. He was also cherished by several great grandchildren.
