She was predeceased by: her spouse Chris Chulis; her son David Chulis (Patti); her parents, Oswald Mapel and Eva Mapel; and her siblings, Clyde (Millie), Mary and Barbara (Ralph).
She is survived by: her children, Diane Chulis, Christopher Chulis (Carla) and Catherine Chulis-Buwa (Matthew); her brother Franklin D. Mapel (Sandy); and her grandchildren, Eva, Ray, Brittany, Nicholas, Hanna and Madeline.
