With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Homer Allbert of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 9, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Allbert and Christine Allbert (Sidwell); his wife Wanda Grimes; his brother Kenneth Allbert; and his stepson Darrell Silcox.
He is survived by: his sister Elva "Sissy" Lillian Farmer; his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Browning (Steve), Linda Sylvester (Donald), Michael Farmer, Patricia Allbert, Stacy Workman (Kevin), Kenneth Allbert (Debbie) and Christopher Allbert (Krystal); and his stepchildren, Susan Miller (Lee), Dwayne Silcox and Lori Stevens (Lee).
Memorial contributions are suggested to The American Cancer Society or Memorial contributions may be given to family for future designation.
