We bid farewell to Joseph Olmsted of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, born in Hamtramck, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 24, 2025 at the age of 89. Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Joseph shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joseph farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Kirk Olmsted (Beth) and Karen Levitt (Todd Shattuck); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Meghan and Corbin.
