She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lauth and Evalyn Lauth; and her siblings, Eddie, Jean and Joan.
She is survived by: her husband David Collins; her children, Tara Rush (Allison Hodgins), Todd Rush (Jennifer) and Tiffany Schultz (Samantha); and her grandchildren, Drake, Dakota, Todd II Rush (Victoria), Sarah Rush (Jacob Butzin), Shelby, John, Jocelyn, Joseph and Jayden. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
