She was predeceased by : her spouse Thomas L. LaCroix; her parents, Frank Szelag and Julia Szelag; and her brothers, Frank and Donald.

She is survived by : her children, Thomas LaCroix, Michael LaCroix (Mary), Renee Hillman (Larry), Christopher LaCroix (Christine), Susan Kuczkowski (Chris), Lisa Walsh (Keith) and Cheryl Williams (Michael); her sister Geraldine Pytel; and her pet Mia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
