He was predeceased by: his sons, Joseph and Mark Booth; his brother Joseph Booth; his parents, Maurice Booth and Beverly Booth; and his niece Missy Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Booth; his grandchildren, Jordon, David, Nathan and Hallie; his siblings, Dave Booth (Sharon), Chris Booth (Angie) and Sue Booth (John Mahaney); and his former wife Ruth Booth.
