She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas; her child Thomas Kavanaugh; her sister Margie Van Dien; and her parents, George Rychlinski and Stella Rychlinski.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Kavanaugh (Bill Schwab), David Kavanaugh (Carole) and Carol Kavanaugh-Burgess (Dennis); her siblings, George Rychlinski (Sandra) and Dolores Skalski (James); her grandchildren, Misty, Ryan (Chelsie), Anne, Sara and Evan; and her great grandchildren, Kyleen and Carter.
