He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Morley Carter and Pearl Carter; his wife Darlene; his son Robert M. Carter (Mary); his grandchildren, Christina Carter, Ian Carter, Brianna Carter and Rebecca Carter; and his brother Joseph Carter (Margaret). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
