It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Carter of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Morley Carter and Pearl Carter; his wife Darlene; his son Robert M. Carter (Mary); his grandchildren, Christina Carter, Ian Carter, Brianna Carter and Rebecca Carter; and his brother Joseph Carter (Margaret). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
