He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Geraldine; and his sister Cindy. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Aaron Jameyfield (Victoria), Amy Essi (Tom) and Eric Johnson; his grandchildren, Kyler, Destiny, Alex (Lucy) and Sarah; and his siblings, Kaye, Jeff and Alice.
