He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford John Simpson and Agnes Day Simpson; and his daughter Kylie Taylor Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn C. H. Simpson; his sisters, PJ Haidaris (Gus) and Judy Day of Rochester, NY; and his stepchildren, Miron Hamilton, Tqunish Hamilton, Donnell Covington, Ciara Covington and Anthony Covington. He is also survived by many cousins and nieces and nephews on both sides of his family.
