He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steve and Dolores; and his siblings, Steve Gruich, Diane Heth (Dick), Margaret Patnode (Don), Barbara Ryan (Bill) and Michael Gruich (Bridget). He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stanley Turowski Funeral Home (25509 W Warren St, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127). The lying in state was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Juan Diego Parish (7800 Woodmont Ave, Detroit, MI 48228). A Mass was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
