He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie; and his parents, Theodore Haykus and Stella Haykus. He is survived by: his children, David Haykus, Michael Haykus, Julie Sabu (Michael), Lawrence Haykus (Lauren) and Valerie Lazarz (Jeffrey); and his sisters, Eleanor Paris, Cynthia Woods and Geraldine Haykus.
