She was predeceased by : her siblings, Raminder, Sharan and Manmohan; and her parents, Prem Singh Arora and Gian Kaur.

She is survived by : her husband Harkrishan Singh; her daughters, Mona (Randeep Kahlon) and Amrita (Binesh Patel); her grandchildren, Arjan, Amanrai Kahlon, Simreen and Navtaj Patel; and her siblings, Satwant Sehgal, Dolly Setia and Sutinder Singh Arora. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and her sons-in – law, who she loved as her own children.
