She was predeceased by: her spouse Carmel "Pete" Brown; her sons, Douglas Brown and Johnny Brown; her parents, Harry Pierce and Sally Pierce; her grandchildren, Douglas and Melisa; and her siblings, Crestella Pierce, Violet Hubbard, Jimmy Pierce, Eugene Pierce and Glenn Pierce.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Novak (Jack) and Sheila Brown-Burrell (Brian); her daughter-in-law Alice Brown; her siblings, Brenda Carbine, Joyce Maxwell, Regina Hayes, Wanda Lambert, Donna Perry, Donny Pierce and Dewayne Pierce; her grandchildren, John Novak (Mary), Montique, Angela (Joe), Jessica (Kevin), Cassie (Tom) and Johnny (Sarah); her niece Wanda Lewis; and her friend Carol Considine.
