He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Martinez; and his parents, Joseph Martinez and Beverly Martinez. He is survived by: his children, Charles Martinez (Leeanna) and Savanna Martinez; his grandchild Charlee Rose Martinez; his siblings, Shelley Martinez, Martin Martinez, Pamela Wisniewski (Gary), Carmen Peterson (Jeff), Carla Chulis (Chris) and Marc Martinez; and his siblings-in-law, Sabrina, Mark and Michael Swann.
