He was predeceased by: his father Larry Keelan; and his grandparents, Philip, Genia Keelan, Jack and Madge Potts.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon Potts; his wife Cindy Polakowski; his sons, Noah (Lauren), Adam (Alexandra) and Nathan (Rebecca); and his siblings, Colleen, Tim (Corey), Mauren (John), Molly (Terry), Kate (John), Maureen and Kathleen. He is also survived by his 31 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dearborn Chapel of Voran Funeral Home (23701 Ford Rd, Dearborn, MI 48128). The lying in state will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (22430 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48124). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. He was also instrumental in shepherding PMD through the pandemic by introducing online performances in a time of seclusion and isolation.
