He was predeceased by: his father Henry; and his brother Matthew. He is survived by: his mother Mary; his siblings, Beth Cochran (Tracy), Susan, Mark (Laura) and Therese; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Rachel, Max, Lucas, Lia and Keyon. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
