He is survived by: his wife Marilyn "Marcy"; his children, Stan (Pam Sailer) and Nancy Kouba (Nick); his grandchildren, Paige (Matt Martino), Alex Burling, Cameron and Carson Kouba; and his great grandchildren, Magnus and Oleksi Martino.
