He was loved and cherished by many people including : his children, Mardig (Sosi), Hagop (Ani) and Nishan (Caroline); his great grandchildren, Mila and Sophie; and his siblings, Dikranouhi Atamian (late Mourad) and Tarvez Donoian (late Avedis).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church (19300 Ford Rd, Dearborn, MI 48128). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens (43300 Twelve Mile Rd, Novi, MI 48377).

In lieu of flower memorial donations are to St. Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church or Homenetmen of Detroit.
