He was predeceased by: his siblings, Leonard Stanislav, Ben Stanislav, Rita Horan, Bernice Fitzpatrick, Monica Wiggs, Agnes Phister and Mary Stanislav of Virginia.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Scott Stanislav and Mark Stanislav (Sarah); his grandchildren, Foster Stanislav, Nathan Stanislav and Edith Stanislav; and his siblings, Charles Stanislav Jr., Kathy Powell, Linda Schroeder, Alice Cederberg and Frances O'Dea.
