He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Novak and Kathryn Stilwell; and his brother Terry Novak. He is survived by: his wife Ann Novak; his children, Kathryn McKenna (Daniel), Jay Novak (Jane) and Brian Novak (Elizabeth Grutza); his grandchildren, Dayna, Danielle, Ginny, Eleanor, Tess, Henry and Jay Ziggy; his great grandchildren, Violet, Josie, Casey, Levi and Brody; his former wife Judy Eberline; his sister-in-law Renee Novak; and his cousins, Kathy Green, Denys Agius and Kenny Stilwell. He is also survived by his family, friends.
