He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Sr. Hevener and Catherine Hevener (Deck); and his brothers, James and Keith Hevener. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy; his daughter Amanda Schrauben (Andrew); his sister Debbie Iaccorino (Jerry); and his brother-in-law Bob Schrey.
