She is survived by: her mother Susan Wallace (Van Zandt); her children, Nicholas Levinson, Alexandria Levinson, Adam Dake, Charla Barker (Dake), Chloe Dake, Olivia Dake, Jennifer Dake and Jack Dake; her siblings, Joey Simpson, Christina Simpson, Jim Wallace, Jessica Wallace and Jeremy Wallace; her grandchildren, Mae, Sterling, Reese, Malcolm, Parker, Rosie, Myla and Lainey; and the fathers of children, Daniel Levinson and Chuck Dake. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
