Joel left this world on October 1, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Benjamin Christian Zrull and Mildred Bazy Zrull; his brother Ted C. Zrull; his sister-in-law Mary Lou Savage Zrull; his brother Eric Ansell Zrull; and his siblings-in-law, Ell Rose, Bill Love and Clinton R. Gaylord.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Eichenlaub; his children, Mark (Natalie Oransky) and Lisa Saintsing (Jim); his grandchildren, Katie Saintsing (Sam Logan), Tom Saintsing (Mary), Andrew Saintsing and Mary Margaret Zrull; and his sister-in-law Donna Gaylord. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and their children.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Side Chapel. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (2203 W Market St, Greensboro, NC 27403).
