She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Polkowski and Catherine Polkowski; her husband Bob Borowski; and her brother-in-law David Warner. She is survived by: her daughter Katherine (Kate) Fisher (Jim); her siblings, Barbara Warner (late David Warner), Paul Polkowski (Kathy), Jim Polkowski and Mary Jo Chimienti (Paul); and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Borowski. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
