He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Holmes and Gloria Holmes; and his brother Richard Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Janet Holmes; his daughters, Angela Doty (Brian), Lisa Holmes and Valerie Holmes; his grandchildren, Justin Doty, Lucy Doty and Lily Doty; and his siblings, John Holmes (MaryAnn) and Barb Epple (Tom).
