He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kawiecki and Helen Kawiecki (Gallant); and his brothers, Bernard, Raymond, Joseph, John and Stanley.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Jablonski; his daughter Sandra McKenty (Thomas); his grandson Dr. Nathan McKenty (Megan Scherrer); and his siblings, Virginia Krawczak, Rose Mary Collison and Chester Kawiecki (Doris).
