She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry V. Boyer and Mary Boyer (Gilbert); and her siblings, Ann King (Fred), Pamela Wunderlin and Henry Boyer.
She is survived by: her husband Owen B. Grant; her children, David Grant (Joanne), Bernard Grant, Kathleen Grant, Brian Grant and Jennifer Grant; her grandchildren, Brian O. Grant, Ashley Watson (Patrick), Meghan Grant, Jeffrey Grant (Karen), Ariana Grant, Rebecca Grant, Joshua Grant and Riley Grant; her great grandchildren, Paisley, Weston Watson, Rowen, Miles Grant, Jude, Nova Grant and Lunetta Akers; and her siblings, Robert Boyer (Sue) and Jackie Boyer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (22546 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48124). A rosary was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Parish Hall (22430 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48124). A Mass was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM.
