He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Milican and Beverly Davie; and his brother David Milican. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn "Kathy" Milican; his children, Tammy Strong (Tom) and Jerome Shorkey; and his siblings, Alice Setser (Kenny), Rodney Milican, James Milican (Karen) and Kevin Milican (Jim). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
