He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mulkern and Margaret Mulkern. He is survived by: his spouse Ranka; his child Maya Reading (A. J.); his brother Patrick Mulkern (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Madeleine and Shay; and his nieces, Andrea and Marie.
