He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Zajac and Jennie Zajac; and his sisters, Lillian Strzyzewski and Karen Gadzinski. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Kevin and Lisa; his siblings, Delphine Sullivan (Raymond) and Donald Zajac; and his brother-in-law Lester Strzyzewski.
