With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma Jean Osborne of Dearborn, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Matthews and Alice Matthews; and her brothers, Allen Matthews and Eddie Phillips. She is survived by: her spouse William'Ozzie'Osborne; her sons, Todd Osborne (Suzanne), Tim Osborne and Scott Osborne; her sisters, Nancy Merschat and Terri Aloisio; and her grandchildren, Michael and Leah Osborne.
