He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Victory (Kim); and his brothers, Larry, Ross, James, Charlie and Cletus Victory.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Victory; his child Chris Victory (Lisa); his siblings, Kent Victory and Martha Jo Stults (Roger); his grandchildren, Jerry, Alyssa, Amanda, Kevin, Tabitha and Chris Jr. Loving; his brother-in-law Edmund Orzechowski (Mary); his nephew Steven Orzechowski (Julia); his niece Sarah Urie (Brendon); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nina, Gwen Orzechowski and Elodie Urie.
