He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Stacey (Mike), Stephanie (Bruce) and Mike (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Christina, Cody, Kris (Danica), Kari (Derek), Nichole, Erin (Shane), Lauren, Corey (Marie), Brenden, Samantha and Mandi.
