He is survived by: his parents, Gary Middlekauff and Manneetta Erspamer (Michael); his sister Lindsay Corcoran (Brian); his niece Aubrie Corcoran; his nephew Keaton Corcoran; and his aunts and uncles, Michelle McMahon (Gerard), Scott Sitler (Barbara), Douglas Sitler, Lee Middlekauff (Diana) and Glenn Middlekauff (Darleen).
