With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Sommerfeldt of Dearborn, Michigan, who passed away on August 8, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin and Virginia (Gruenheck); his wife Marilyn (Bryn); his daughter-in-law Barbara Anderson (Ron); his grandchildren, Nelson Sommerfeldt (Melanie), Christine Cone (Josh), Lorna Quello (Bryan), Allison, Bryn Sommerfeldt, Thomas, Kenan and Eva Sommerfeldt; his great grandchildren, Jude, Shiloh Cone and Monet Cone; and his son Michael.

Memorial donations can be made in his name to Elk Rapids Community Cupboard or Sacred Heart Church Maintenance Fund.
