She was predeceased by : her parents, Ellsworth Rollins and Mary Rollins. She is survived by : her uncles, Doc and Duke; her friends, Butch, Terry Orndorff, Tootie, Denise, Brenda, Bill and Kathy Hannon; her husband Jim Bartram of Year's Day; her son Joel Bartram (Sarah Engstrom); her grandchildren, Annika and Miles Bartram; her brother-in-law Jerry Bartram (Regina); her uncles, Bill Rollins, George Rollins (Luana) and Raymond Rollins (Joanne); and her sisters-in-law, Juanita Crouch and Judy Kuhn (Richard). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Billie's family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Grace Methodist Church @ 1401 W. Main St., Springfield, OH 45504.
