She is survived by : her parents, Wayne Howard (Linda) and Susan Howard (Prevatte); her siblings, Michael Prevatte (Tyler), Christopher Prevatte, Tiffany Kline (Bailey), Wayne Cutler and Chandra Tolson; her nephew Tobias "Toby"; her niece Nichole; and also Jaydin Meisner.
