She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Townsend. She is survived by: her mother Linda Townsend; her daughter Brittny Mayfield; her sisters, Lisa Rife and Melissa Townsend; her fiancé Robert "Lou" Hodgemire; her children, Terra Etter (Trevor), Robert Hodgemire, Jr. (Sierra) and Zachary Hodgemire; and her grandchildren, Garret, Arik, Havik, Zyler and Hayes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
