He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Gillette and Mable Gillette (Clendenin); and his siblings, William Gillette, Shirley McLemore and Sandra May Gillette.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Brandt (Ray), Steve Gillette (Tamara) and Harold Gillette, Jr. (Penny); his grandchildren, Brittany, Courtney, Kayley, Kelcey (Sam), Victoria (Victor), Harold III, Austin and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Zazzy, Aubree, Chase, Hunter, Paisley, Addison, Audrianna, Adelaine, Aurora, Alvin and Elijah; and his sisters, Dolly Dempsey (John) and Jane Flanagan (Mike).
