He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dwyer and Joan Dwyer-Vliek (Adelsperger). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dwyer (Beckemeyer); his son Jim Dwyer, Jr. (Nicole Florer); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Colton, Vincent, Helena, Arianna and Abraham; and his siblings, Pat Dwyer, Amy Crites (Jim), Tim Dwyer (Stacey) and Kate George (Jeff).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newell Chapel (83313 M-51, Decatur, MI 49045). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
