She was predeceased by : her parents, Ludwig Kolb and Amalie Kolb (Kraus); her husband Rudolf "Rudy" Neumeier; her siblings, Ida, Maria, Ludmilla, Luke and Helga; her siblings-in-law, Sophie, Alton Fisher and Ted Soenksen; her nephews, Mike and Steve Fisher; and her niece Mary Soenksen.

She is survived by : her children, Rudy Neumeier (Bernadette) of Kalamazoo, Linda Santoni (Rich) of Kalamazoo, Nancy Andrews (Joe) of St. Joseph and Diane Neumeier of Decatur; her grandchildren, Gretchen, Angela (Mark), Emily (Joel), Erica (Eric), Adam, Joey and Nealie; her great grandchildren, Claudia and Charlotte; her siblings, Amalie, Albert, Hans, Mathilde (Hans), Erich (Elfriede) and Alfred (Roswitha); and her siblings-in-law, Hans (Thekla) and Marlene. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
