He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Sadler and Irene Sadler (Vatter); his stepmother Alice; and his sister Maxine. He is survived by: his children, Grant Sadler (Linda), Julie King (Don) and Peter Sadler (Shelia); his grandchildren, David Sadler, Donnie King (Sarah), Megan Ware (Jerad), Tristan Sadler (Angela) and Michaela Smith; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Anna, Landon, Charlie, Case and Wesley.

Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Marsh Funeral Chapel (2675 Main St, Marlette, MI 48453). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
