He is survived by: his wife Patty Heilig; his children, Crystal Harshbarger (Brandon), Kenneth Heilig Jr., Carl Schroeder, Kelley Pupi (Eric), Jannette Smith (Verlin) and Wilbur Brockitt; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Maygan, Wyatt, Logan, Brody, Lillian, Michele, Austin, Britney, Tyler and Robert; and his siblings, Katherine Field, Rick Heilig and Keith Bruderick.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Ken's memory to United Hospice Service, 2770 Main Street, Marlette, Michigan 48453 in thanksgiving for their loving care during his final days.
