She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry D. Rich and Virginia M. Rich; and her siblings, Frederick, Roy Rich and Helen Wolvin.
She is survived by: her children, David Blondheim, Joe Blondheim (Rebecca) and Ann Tallmadge (Curtis); her grandchildren, Tiffany Blondheim, James Yeagley, Amanda Radatz (Josh Carter) and Curtis Tallmadge II; and her great grandchild Eli. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
