He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Parr and Annie Parr (Hallman); and his brothers, Rodney Parr, Robert Parr and Ronald Parr.
He is survived by: his children, Samantha Galloway (Larry), Lief Parr of Flint and Rowland Parr of Deford; his brothers, Raymond Parr and Ricky Parr; the mother of his children Charlesina Mester; and his close friends, John and Kim Adams. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, many loving cousins and nieces and nephews.
