She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moore and Myrtle Moore (Thompson); her husband H. Michael Lutz; her sister-in-law Elsie Simmons (Marvin); her brother William Moore (Jan); and her great grandchild Paisley.
She is survived by: her children, Susonrae Salters (Scott), Kristy Dirks (Tim), Shawn Lutz (Terri) and Jeremiah Lutz (Holly); her grandchildren, Nicholas (McKayla), Courtenay (Jonathan), Hailey, Naomi, Natalie, Ellie, Kaitlyn and Garret; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Ensley, Everley and Rowan; her siblings, Dean Moore (RuthAnn) and Pamela Pentico (James); and her nephew Randy Simmons (Robin).
