He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lee and Edith Lee; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Dennis Paul Bouma; and his stepdaughter Tammi Fitzpatrick.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee; his children, Tammy Lee, Bill Lee (Nikki Fennema), Dan Lee (Sunrise), Matt Lee (Kyndera), Michael Lee and Don Lee (Staci Rickman); his stepchildren, Amy Anderson (Monte) and Quinn Fitzpatrick; his siblings, Mary Lee and Dennis Lee; his brothers-in-law, Douglas Vander Moore (Phyllis) and James Vander Moore (Phis); and his sister Ruth Ann Bouma. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made to Samaritan's Purse or Centrica Care Hospice.
