Loreto Martinez Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2025, at the age of 99, Loreto Martinez (Delton, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Martinez and Maria Martinez (Lopez); his sons-in-law, Augustin Arreola and Jacobo Garcia III; and his siblings, Santiago Martinez, Manuel Martinez, Pablo Martinez, Esperanza Alcantar, Aurora Martinez, Santos Martinez and Gil Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his wife Simona Martinez; and his children, Dora Garcia (David), Estella Arreola, Maria Martinez, Aaron Martinez (Celia), Esther Martinez, Sara Perez, Raquel Elizondo (Elias), Norma Jimenez (Daniel) and Martha Gonzalez (Jaime). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fountain (6116 Marsh Rd, Shelbyville, MI 49344).
